Sitemaker is very easy, and most users are able to become proficient quickly. We strongly recommend the Quick Start Package to persons not familiar with online forms, text editing or graphics.

To keep our prices low, we do not bundle labor-intensive services. The technical support options vary with the publishing program selected by each user, Premium, Professional, or Enterprise. Free services are limited to the online help. Please read the options below if this is your first visit.

Technical Support

We encourage you to seek answers in the extensive Help and FAQ systems before requesting paid technical support. Most users operate their sites without assistance.

Technical support on Sitemaker is available on a call-back basis. Service time is billed by the minute with a minimum per event. Various prepaid service packages are available. Prepaid, unused monthly support does not accumulate. Pay subscription and technical support fees conveniently using a major credit card or online check via PayPal, a secure online payment system from eBay, the world's largest e-commerce site. You must establish a PayPal account before you request a paid service.

Creative Services

Creative services, e.g., help with editing your text and graphics, are not included with the hosting and publishing packages. See the Prices page for rates. Your certified Sitemaker designer can provide design support at what may be more favorable prices.

Request Service

All technical support begins with a service request. Requests by telephone will go into the service queue along with all others. Please open a service request using the linked below. A specialist will reply by email or telephone depending on the nature of the question and the types of support available under your service agreement.
